4. MANAGING STRESS

Identify the situation which stress you and avoid them
Don’t cram your work with too many activities
When you have more work to do, list them in order of priorities
Share your problem with others instead of building them up within you
Take help from others when required
Develop some hobby
Daily spend some time in relaxing activities – like music, gardening, reading a book, watching a movie, spending time with people you like, with family, etc
Take deep breath
Take a good stretch
Take a hot shower
Massage the tense muscles
Think Positive
Remember the things that are good in life
Be optimistic, Don’t be pessimistic
Your attitude and aptitude changes your altitude
Change yourself to help yourself |
